Aside from the fact that RO systems are expensive everywhere, period, working with Bright Water Kinetico has been a good experience and I recommend them. Ed did a good job installing, Milo just changed our first filter and was very professional and kind. I have always had good customer service whenever I have called as well. I shopped around before going with Kinetico and by far the most professional and adaptable experience - we wanted to include our refrigerator in the RO system so our ice was better.
